We have been building homes in the Valley since 1981.  Rich Eneim, founder and President of Keystone Homes, has 30 years experience managing homebuilding companies in Arizona.

We bring new communities on-line individually, allowing us to take the time to carefully evaluate architectural and land planning alternatives. We work closely with an expert team of land planners to establish an optimum community layout, with special attention paid to home site layout and size as well as opportunities for community-specific amenities. We hire nationally renowned architects to develop innovative floorplans, "fresh" exterior elevations and unique architectural elements. We carefully integrate the latest subdivision development standards into our communities to provide not only safety and convenience, but also a sense of "place" and lasting value for you, our homeowner.
